Family of Woodstock Welcomes Frank Paulo as Chief Financial Officer

September 4, 2024 – Kingston, NY — Family of Woodstock, Inc., announced today the appointment of Frank Paulo as its new Chief Financial Officer. Paulo brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in financial management across nonprofit, corporate, and community development sectors.
Paulo most recently served for 11 years as CFO of RUPCO, a regional nonprofit community development agency. His diverse career also includes senior roles in a software company, a helicopter sales and service firm, and a construction company.
“Frank made it clear to us that he wanted to continue working in areas where his efforts would make a difference,” said Michael Berg, Executive Director of Family of Woodstock. “His deep experience managing grants and nonprofit reporting requirements makes him an excellent choice to oversee our financial operations.”
Throughout his career, Paulo has specialized in guiding organizations through financial compliance, efficiency, and strategic resource management.
“I have been very familiar with Family of Woodstock’s work over the years and have always been impressed by the breadth of services,” said Paulo. “I am proud to join the agency and help identify efficiencies in how we collect, manage, and report financial data. It’s a very exciting position for me.”
Founded in 1970, Family of Woodstock has served as a lifeline for individuals and families across Ulster County and beyond, offering services ranging from emergency shelter to domestic violence support, addiction recovery programs, case management, and more.
