Overview
The Darmstadt Shelter in Kingston, NY, needs a Case Manager. This person will meet with clients to help them meet their needs for DSS, programming, and obtaining housing
Responsibilities and Duties
● Coordinate Services with Dept. of Social Services, Mental Health, and Drug & Alcohol programs for client
● Provide crisis counseling for clients
● Maintain statistics, records and reporting
● Transport clients to appointments (in FOW vehicle)
Qualifications
● Must have valid NYS driver’s license
● Must be able to pass CPS clearance and NYS Justice Center Fingerprinting background clearance
● Must completer Agency’s 44 hr. Crisis Training as well as basic First Aid

Hours and Pay Rate
This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position based at our Darmstadt Shelter for Single Adults in Kingston with a schedule of M-F, 1-9pm. The rate of pay for this position is: $18.95/hour and includes agency-funded health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays and other benefits.
