Hidden InPlain Sight Training
This interactive training is in partnership with the UlsterPrevention Council, and is open to all providers and the parents of thechildren in their program, as well as the community. A mock teen bedroom with anumber of different drug stash items, items that reference drug culture, anditems that indicate self-harm, will be created for training participants towalk through, explore, and try to decipher possible drug paraphernalia. After achance to explore the room, discussion will be held focusing on how drug use isnot always obvious, how quickly drug trends change, and how to speak tochildren about drug use and self-harm.
