This workshop will empower providers to use yoga for self regulation
and relaxation as well as to help children learn tools to manage stress.
By using moving yoga warm ups, calming yoga poses, regulation and
relaxation kids experience the benefits immediately. Providers will
experience tools that can be integrated into their program.
