Kosco/Heritage has generously donated 1,500 gallons of fuel oil to the United Way of Ulster County for distribution to Ulster County and Northern Dutchess County residents who qualify for fuel assistance through the Helping Hands Fuel Assistance Program.

Owner, Ken Davenport and Barry Motzkin, Director of Sales and Marketing said, “This is the 21st year of this partnership, and we are just as strongly committed to helping our neighbors and giving back to our community as when this program began.” The Fuel Assistance Program has distributed over 35,000 gallons of fuel to families throughout Ulster County and Dutchess County since beginning in 1998.
Individuals needing fuel oil assistance should call one of the following agencies to apply:
