Hosted by the City of Kingston’s Department of Health and Wellness and led by Family of Woodstock, Kingston Eats presents a very hands-on cooking experience for toddlers, preschoolers (ages 18 months-5 years) and their parents. Participants will make a garden salad with a homemade raspberry vinaigrette dressing and a mixed berry cobbler. Little ones will use child-safe kitchen equipment to safely cut fruit and vegetables. Each child participating must be accompanied by at least one adult. Residents of the City of Kingston and surrounding areas are able to attend. This event is free but registration is required for each child and adult. A maximum of 26 participants will be permitted.
