Zombie Crawl Friday, April 27th, raindate April 28th
The details: This night of the crawl — show up dressed as a zombie at Oriole9 in the center of Woodstock, bring a non-perishable food item or diapers to donate to Family of Woodstock and join the crawl through the town. The crawl is free and open to all, all ages, and will be headed by the students of Rock Academy.
Beginning at 5 p.m., Oriole 9 will be offering specialty libations to get zombies and their pals in the mood! The “theme” is zombie prom so dig out those old dresses or suits! Any zombie-wear or zombie make-up is of course welcome!
The crawl itself begins at 6 p.m. – the goal is to take over the streets of Woodstock! There will be “victims” to eat, dances, chants and other performances to entertain, delight and scare the pants off of onlookers.
For those who simply want to watch the spectacle, Silvia Woodstock also is serving specialty libations, with proceeds going to Family of Woodstock, from 5:30 p.m. onward.
The crawl ends at Harmony Café, with a zombie dance party featuring the students of the Rock Academy performing in our Zombie Prom – prom tickets are $20 and benefit the school’s scholarship program!
