Choosing a person and environment for your child’s care is an important and often stressful process. The council staff encourages you to think carefully about what you want in a child care situation.

We can help you find a licensed provider for your child. Simply fill out our Information Request Form and click the “submit” button, or fax or mail it to us. Make sure to include all of your contact information so that we can get back to you.
