This workshop will focus on preventing food related illnesses
through correct food handling when serving meals and snacks, as
well as when conducting food activities with children of all ages.
Food issues specific to infant feeding will also be addressed. An
overview of the Child Care and Adult Care Food Program will also
be looked at while discussing healthy foods, proportion control
and obesity prevention.
