A safe and confidential space for teens to talk about, identify, express and learn to manage their anger led by trained facilitators, Kelly Warringer and John Colon.
· Learn to break the cycle of anger
· Recognize how to know when you are getting angry
· Discover alternatives to violence
· Develop communication skills
· Learn how to release anger in safe ways
· Learn how to chill out
The Anger Management Program is a FREE five week, coed group for teens 12-18 who are having problems at home or school because of anger issues.
