FAMILY OF WOODSTOCK ADOLESCENT SERVICES THANKSGIVING DINNER
Tuesday, November 24, 2015, 6:00pm
Fair Street Church, 209 Fair St, Kingston

All friends, current and former clients and employees
of Family of Woodstock are WELCOME!

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all that helped with a very successful Adolescent Services Thanksgiving Dinner on November 24th! The board was extremely helpful in donating food, serving, and helping to clean up afterwards! I want to thank Shannon and Julia for doing such a beautiful job on the decorations, it was clear you both put lots of love and care into creating a nice space for our dinner. Thank you to Dana and Mary Jo for being fantastic runners by picking up food and the extras that were forgotten. Jessica, Tori, Michele, and Jen were top notch prep-cooks, organizers, and cleaners. Thanks to Jeanne and Steve Niemis (my mom and dad) for keeping us on a schedule, making perfect turkeys, sides and being an overall support for the dinner (and me). To all our volunteer servers and Michael Berg – thank you! To Ruthie Staber for her lovely yearly blessing! Thank you to Beth McLendon for serving, clearing, and finding homes for the leftovers! To Family House staff Olivia, Liz, Bob and Family House residents for doing a wonderful job cleaning and clearing, as well as Mat and his able bodied family for dealing with the heavy lifting and messy things, specifically the cranberry sauce explosion that occurred in the church refrigerator! If I missed anyone, please know you are appreciated, chalk my memory loss up to turkey overload. Of course, thanks to Fair Street Church for giving us the space! What an unbelievable team effort. Finally, thanks to all that came to share in the food and good company. These are the moments that make Family of Woodstock shine. I wish you all a happy and peaceful holiday season. Much love – Kelly Warringer
